I was honored to have been the keynote speaker for the annual fundraiser for Dress For Success event in Atlanta on April 29th. This is an organization that has 140 offices in 19 countries. This organization is supported by the top companies here in Atlanta.
The Dress For Success organization supports disadvantaged women trying to get back into the workforce. They have an 80% success rate with actually attaining employment for women that come through their program. They support them with clothes for interviews, coaching them through interviews and advising them through all phases of the employment process. It truly is a wonderful organization and was well represented by major Atlanta businesses who support it. What a great cause and it was a great day. I met lots of wonderful people that are truly making a difference in this community.
