I just delivered two sessions entitled “Happiness is Calling…Energizing People for Peak Performance” to all Marriott Brand/Hotels in the state of Arizona. Led by dynamic leader Paige Lund we extended invitations to all leaders from all Marriott Hotels in the state and had an enormous response. About 350 people attended both sessions.
Marriott feels strongly that people are their top asset and they offer these sessions to them as a gift to show them how important their people are to the company. The people view this also as a gift, in fact several participants said this was the best gift Marriott has ever given them! The room was electric and the people loved it. They left energized and pumped!!! I CANNOT WAIT TO DO MORE!!!
